World Book Day 2024

Rowan class had lots of fun celebrating World Book Day 2024. The theme this year was Dr Seuss, so we enjoyed some of his strange stories, such as 'Wacky Wednesday' and 'Green Eggs and Ham', and did Dr Seuss style activities duing our Attention Autism sessions. On 'Wacky Wednesday' we turned up at school to find our whole classroom had turned tospy-turvey, with the tables made into a bed, the chair tied together and shoes stuck to the wall! There were lots of crazy things happening thoughout the day. We loved dressing up as book characters on World Book Day and exploring some of our favourite sensory stories, like 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'.
