Chinese New Year (Gung Hay Fat Choi)

Today in Redwood class, we have been celebrating Chinese New Year through sensory and edible play sessions. Trying a range of Chinese ingredients and foods including noodles, beansprouts, spring onions. chow mein and many more. Whilst we were doing on tasting, we had a visit from one of our friends in Hazel class who had smelt the Chinese food from outside and decided to join us. We all enjoyed trying the different Chinese foods and listening to different Chinse music and dancing.
