Pumpkin Picking

Cherry Class had a brilliant time visiting the Delamere Pumpkin field today! We had our own wheelbarrows and went deep into the pumpkin fields in search of the perfect pumpkin! Some pupils chose to take a pumpkin home whilst others helped Lorraine to find the BIGGEST pumpkin they could find for our classroom!
After choosing their pumpkin, each pupil weighed and paid for their pumpkin.
Cherry were all so kind and well-mannered that the shop assistant even let us have some baby pumpkins for free! Perfect decorations for our Halloween party next week (Thursday 21st October)!
